Our guest rooms are set in beautiful tropical gardens and you’ll find a bar, small lounge area and dining room in a rustic wooden building reminiscent of a tree house.
Our own dedicated water source is a deep pure well to ensure your stay with us is healthy. We also provide bottled water in the rooms. Eileen’s guests rave about the food and service and we think you’ll agree with them.

Loved the room, the landscape, the fireplace and the restaurant. Overall a great experience...internet did not work in rooms and even reception area had a weal connection- otherwise, all was great!

We spent one night on the way in to Serengeti and another on the way out in late December 2025. Very comfortable rooms, in a pleasant secure location in Karatu. Peaceful place to recharge and continue with your safari. We had hot water and good internet access in our room. We found the food delicious and the showers with hot water. Staff were always attentive and friendly. We easily recommend Eileen's Tree Inn as a terrific stepping stone along the way to or from Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

We only stayed one night, but I wish it had been longer. Lovely spot, great beds, beautiful rooms & gardens. Food was lovely. Gift shop supports women’s education & health. We loved our stay here!

Nagyszerű szálláshely. A szobák előtt barátságos kis előtér, ülősarok, ahol vacsora után összejött a társaság. A szoba és mellékhelyiségek jól felszereltek, hangulatosak. A közösségi terek is tetszettek. A vacsora és reggeli finom volt. A kertben a házak között sok növény és virág pompázik. Egyetlen észrevétel, hogy nem volt wifi a szobákban.
