Great lodge - modern amenities, friendly staff, great food
Stayed at Eileen's for two nights while on safari with my grandmother and we loved it! The buffet for breakfast and dinner was sooo good every day. Great varieties of fruits, veggies, and meat and vegetarian options for dinner, omelet station for breakfast, and very kind kitchen staff helping out. They also had a build-your-own lunchbox station setup at breakfast for everyone going out on safari which I thought was awesome, and the food was delicious. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and nice updated amenities (coffee pot, hair dryer, etc). They also have a very cute gift shop that my grandma and I made more than one stop in :) Perfect place to get some gifts for those hard-to-shop-for family members. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful the whole time, would definitely recommend!

Excellent lodge after Safari day 1
This was a beautiful oasis. The rooms were clean and the garden was really nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The buffet dinner and breakfast was very good with much variety, including vegetarian fare. This was where we stayed after the first day of our safari. My only regret is that we arrived late and had to leave early. It would be nice to have a day to sit by the pool and enjoy the garden more.

Romantic place
Very comfortable lodge,clean and with a staff friendly and always available. pleasant atmosphere and also romantic in the restaurant. Excellent food. I have spent two very nice days here. There's a nice shop where too to buy souvenirs.

Wunderschöne Lodge
Eine sehr schöne Lodge, eingebettet in einem wunderschönen Garten. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Eileen's Trees Inn nur empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des Kraters
Das Eileen's tree Inn ist ein tolles und sauberes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und schick eingerichtet, aber trotzdem mit starkem regionalem Bezug. Das Restaurant ist landestypisch eingerichtet und die angebotenen Speisen sind hervorragend. Der Koch und das Servicepersonal sind superlieb und alle sind sehr professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Für die Safari gibt es Lunchboxen, die man sich selbst zusammen stellen kann, was super ist, weil man wirklich das bekommt was man mag und food waste vermieden werden kann. Ich möchte außerdem ausdrücklich auf den Shop verweisen, die Sachen dort sind hochwertig und günstig, aber vor allem wird dadurch eine Organisation unterstützt, die sich für die Bildung und gegen die Beschneidung von Frauen engagiert.

Beautiful Accommodation in Trees
Clean, beautiful hotel. Buffet was great with lots of veg friendly options. Rooms for spacious and clean. Felt very safe at this hotel. Beautiful and green hotel surrounded by tall green trees. Really enjoyed the cocktail hour here.

Nice homy hotel with super food
We had a wonderful stay at Eileen’s tree in karatu. The staff was extremely nice and friendly . Nice spacious and very clean rooms. Beautiful gardens and perfect pool for a swim after safari day. Special mention to the chef cook and kitchen team who were very involved with the guests and care about all small details. The food was excellent ! Definitely a good recommendation

Lovely hotel
The place is so lovely! The people were friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and in the bed we felt like princesses with the mosquito nets. The pool and garden area is very nice and the food excellent!
Eileen’s Trees Inn is about a two hour drive from the northern Tanzania town of Arusha,three hour drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport
